Why am I receiving the same emails over and over again?
Receiving the same emails over and over is a common problem with email clients (Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.) It means you have gotten an email that is corrupt in some way and is freezing up your email program. If your email client gives you a 'timed out' error or does not finish downloading the email from our server, it will not delete the messages from your inbox. The result is: getting the same messages over and over again.
Solution: Login to your mail using the
WEBMail interface and delete, respond to, or save the messages in your inbox. It is hard to know which email may be causing the problem but, most usually, it is some SPAM (unsolicited ad) that causes the problem. Once you have cleared your inbox of all mail, log out and go back to your email program. This should solve the problem.
