When checking my e-mail it tells me receiving messages. But they never come in.
E-mail client programs work by down loading your e-mail to your computer. In most cases, the problem described above is due to someone sending you a large e-mail (most times including pictures, video, or other such large file attachments) and it is taking a long time to down load. You can either wait for it to come through
(if possible) or go to our online Webmail
Interface and delete, respond to, or save the message. Sometimes it is hard to know which email may be causing the problem but, most usually, it is some SPAM (unsolicited ad) that causes the problem. Once you have cleared your inbox of all mail, log out and go back to your email program. This should solve the problem.
Sometimes, the email does not come in because the space allocated for
Outlook on your PC is not large enough. Delete all of your deleted
files, sent files and any other unneeded files and send yourself a test
email. If the test email comes in .. your problem is most likely
solved. Remember that if you do not have alot of space on your
machine, you will have to clear out your email periodically.
Please make sure that you follow the procedure above. We are more
than happy to work with you and delete corrupt emails - but there will be
a $25.00 charge applied for this type of service.
